Admission is confirmed only after submission of required documents and payment of the applicable fee or first instalment. The institute may refuse or cancel admission in cases of false information or misconduct.
Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by the applicable examination body (e.g., MKCL rules for MS-CIT). Instalments must be paid on the agreed dates; certificates are issued only after full fee payment.
Students must maintain regular attendance and disciplined behaviour on campus. Damage to institute property will be recoverable from the responsible student. Mobile phones must be used respectfully during lectures.
MS-CIT certification is governed entirely by MKCL rules, examination and results. Institute certificates for other courses are issued after completing the course and assessment requirements.
Placement support (resume, interview preparation, referrals) is a best-effort service. The institute does not guarantee employment, salary, or specific job outcomes, which depend on the student's performance and employer decisions.
